any third party tools like led/RGB tools installed? like icue or or aura or Armoury Crate or similar-> uninstall
uninstall tools from asus like aisuite, rog game first,...
you can use the Armoury Crate Uninstall tool to uninstall
did you overclock your system?
try a minimum setup to exclude anything, that´s connected to your motherboard. No case fans or RGB.
only motherboard, RAM, CPUm CPU cooler with fan (remove the RGB connector if connected), HDD/SSD, GPU, monitor
if it still disconnects, run this setup outside the case on a non conducting surface
some usb ports are driven by the chipset and some on the motherboard are driven from the CPU

other than that, check your whole system:
