AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX/6900HX vs Intel Core i9 12900HK/H

Hi I'm planning to buy a new laptop. I'm really confused between AMD and Intel.
I've never used AMD so far. But of lately been having second thoughts.
I use my laptop for 3D modelling and rendering and Adobe stuffs. I'm currently using Dell Precision M6800 with i7 and Quadro K5100M. I was not satisfied with its performance on Lumion and few other programs compared to GTX980M which came around that time.
Apart from Vray and Autodesk products most of the programs require gaming graphic cards. So I'm thinking of switching to GeForce RTX 3000 series.
Which is better config for 3D modelling and rendering?

AMD Ryzen 9 6980HX/6900HX + GeForce RTX 3070Ti
or
Intel Core i9 12900HK/H + GeForce RTX 3080Ti

Since Ryzen doesn't support cards above 8GB of memory, couldn't use on both.

I would go with the intel as it has a better gpu, it should helpe with the 3d modelling and rendering. Also I think adobe products work better with intel chip, correct me if I am wrong.
