I hard disagree there. its matches the 9950x in performance +-5% and is either similarly efficient or more efficient in certain key tasks. I am also not going to go into a deep argument about that though because this thread is about the 9800X3D, not the Intel Ultra 2X5k CPUs.
The above is true, BUT, when 2 cpus are matching (and let's face it, the 285k is overall more efficient), the one with amd on the box is good, the one with intel is trash. It's common knowledge, I don't know why you are in disagreement.
