Amd ryzen apu+dell Inspiron all in one pc

Can I install one of the new amd ryzen apu to my dell inspiron aio? Currently it has an Intel i3-4150T core.

No. You can't swap from an Intel to an AMD without changing the motherboard. Since this is an AIO, that would be impossible.
