Question AMD Ryzen ASUS AMD X570 ATX GAMING ROG CROSSHAIR VIII Formula is it woth it?

I am buying a new Ryzen r 9 3900x. I got only options to buy this 2 motherboards:

ASUS AMD X570 ATX GAMING ROG CROSSHAIR VIII Formula or

AMD X570 ATX ROG Strix X570-F GAMING?

Is the ASUS FORMULA worth that price? Is there a big defference in performance with these two motherboards?

The difference between both the boards is the quality of the components on the Formula and the cooling block, which is really geared towards a watercooling setup(alongside a few bells and whistles.
