I just built my new pc and i noticed that's it's a bit slow. ITs a amd ryzen 1700 build and a gtx 1060. It takes around 1 - 3 minutes to reboot/boot up the pc, and it's vary very slow it takes a long time to load up programs and applications. Sometimes my games just crashes mid game etc…. I'm using windows 10 (not activated).

Is it a hard drive or an SSD? I would check the software that is started a Windows startup. Limit them to the software that you use on a daily basis. You can still run the software as needed, but it just isn't running constantly.

That should help the sluggishness. You can also run task manager to see what is using your CPU and memory resources.

Oh alright btw my sound is not working, my sound only works when i plug in my headphones (no mic no sound when headphones not plugged etc) i have B350 Tomahawk

At the bottom of that screen (with the checked audio highlighted), click on Configure. On the next screen, select your speaker type (a left and right speaker for example) Then select Test . It will play a test sequence on each speaker.

If you can't hear it , check your speakers. If they are powered, make sure that they are plugged in and turned on.
