AMD Ryzen DDR4 and Windows 7

Hello,

thank you for checking out my thread. Please read thoughout.

I recently built a budget PC for my girlfriend. The specs are as follows:

ASRock AB350M
Ryzen 3 1200
Hyper X DDR4 2x4Gb @ 2400mhz
EVGA 960 SSC 2GB
WD 1tb(2 Partitions)
Windows 7 Pro Sp1

Now I understand Amd have read that Ryzen is not compatible with Win7, Im sorry if this angers anyone (Ive seen some nasty comments on other threads)

Lets also say that this is a less than legitimate copy.

QUESTION: Ive encountered an issue with the sound not playing though the HDMI. What can I check to troubleshoot this problem? Does downloading Windows updates on a non-registered copy affect this?

Additional information:
My current check list that I have done is:
- Used multiple HDMI cables
- Used different monitors
- Downloaded AMD All-in-one driver
- Went to ASRock website and downloaded the audio driver itself
- Check my mobo connections

There seems to also be errors on some games saving as well :/

Lets also say that this is a less than legitimate copy.

And thats the end of your thread. Go out and buy a legal copy of Windows, most likely it will solve all your problems. We do not support pirated software here.
