Question amd ryzen master different reading ?

hello guys ,
i have a ryzen 7 3800x cpu and the frequency is showing at max speed in windows task manger and CPUID even when the pc is idle , but in the amd master ryzen tool its shows a different read

i dont want the cpu to run at max frequency all the time so i tried to fix that but when i saw the amd ryzen master tool i got so confused , so what do i do now ?

HWMonitor is Not accurate for AMD 3000 series CPU's, it doesn't read the cores that are sleeping properly.
Ryzen Master is the correct reading and you can also use HWinfo to see that the frequency does go lower when idle:

ur right it did go lower but staying at 2200mhz so the amd master is the right read (showing around 500mhz ) ?
