Okay guys, so I have just build my new rig having ryzen 7 1700. At idle my CPU Temperatures are at 50 degrees(by ambient temperature is also high but then also I think it is abnormal)
It's having the stock wraith spire cooler on it and I have the the fan speed to 100%. On load the temps reach 70 degrees @ 3.5 GHz.
The only issue I am having is that is 50 degree at idle is okay or not?
My rig:
MSI B350 Tomahawk
Ryzen 7 1700
Wraith spire cooler
Corsair vengeance 16gb@3000mhz
MSI GTX 1070 Armour
Corsair carbide spec alpha cabinet.
Antec 750watts 80+ gold PSU
WINDOWS 10 PRO
Latest bios installed.

Also guys is this the reason that why my graphic card is giving 30fps on ultra 1080p on ghost recon wildlands?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you running on high performance power profile? that will make your cpu run at 100% all the time, thus increasing the temps.
And how are you measuring temps?
Also what's your ambient temps? CPUs won't really cool near/below them. Also the higher your ambient temps the more gap will be between them and idle.

No man I am running on the ryzen profile available in the new chipset drivers. I am measuring my temps using ryzen master software. My ambient temps are around 35 degrees but then also I don't think that idle Temperatures of my cpu should be 50-55 degrees
