Hi
I have a problem. I've build new PC installed fresh windows 10 Pro. But PC freezes one time a day regularly at random time. Checked stats then freezing occurs: RAM is 40%, CPU is 30% 45-50C, it is totally normal. Freeze happens then I browsing the web most off the time. I noticed at that time widows responding for 5-6 seconds until it stops responding and working only mouse and mouse hover on elements. I need to press power button to shutdown PC.

PC Specs:
MB: Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro-P
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Cooler: Corsair H80i v2
RAM: G.Skrill DDR4-3600 CL16 (4x8Gb) XMP Profile 1
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
System: Windows 10
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 500GB
PSU: Corsair RM 750i

Tried to:
Download latest Motherboard Bios didn't help,
Download latest B550 chipset drivers for windows didn't help,

Any ideas?

When I disable XMP and run RAM on 2133Mhz it works without freezes. But then I set XMP Profile 1 (3600 Mhz) it freezes. Tried manual OC (by DRAM Calculator), but PC crashed (BSOD) after 2-5 minutes.

DRAM Calculator suggestions (red backround is what I have changed in BIOS, zero value is Auto): View: https://imgur.com/a/Kb21ZPa

Have any Ideas how to run 3600Mhz on Ryzen system?
It can depend on the manufacturer if you can get 3600 MHz or not. See https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-ryzen-memory-tweaking-overclocking-guide/7.html

If it doesn't work at the rated speed, see if using a slightly lower one helps.
I'm watching Youtube most of the time then freeze happens. But not streaming, just regular videos.
It sounds like a problem I'm having. I was going to test this weekend to see if swapping RAM would help since I have another kit lying around. Otherwise I can only suspect my video card. The problem didn't start for me until I added more RAM and upgraded to an RTX 2070.

Funny thing is it doesn't happen if I have a game running.

I used my RTX 3080 for a month on Intel (i7 6800) system and have no issues what so ever. So I'm sure that it is not GPU fault. Yes on games I didn't noticed any issues, works perfectly fine. Also tried benchmarks all ok, no crashes or freezes.

Thanks for help I tried XMP Profile 1 (and manually set 3400 Mhz) it looks like no freezes occur. I'll test for few days and check how it runs, if ok try to increase to 3466. Also read your posted article thanks.

The difference between 3400 Mhz and 3600 Mhz is not huge:
