Question AMD Sapphire RX 580 nitro+ 8gb suddenly coil whine

Hello. I have bought this gpu 3 months ago and playing games with no problems . But from now suddenly my gpu start coil whine sound not too loud but annoying i tried turn down settings lower bit nothing , fps limot to 60 v sync on , chill , freesync but nothing work only when playing it make noise in main menu or exit to desktop it get back to normal . I have warranty for 3 years what should i do ? I have superflower 450w psu gold 80+ ' with a ryzen 5 1600x stock 3.6ghz , 16gb ram 3000mhz dual channel and maximum system power draw was 350w but when gaming for example cs go maximum 250w ultra settings , resident evil 2 , high settings maximum 285w . I read on forums switching PSU can fix coil whine but my psu is 50-70% usage while gaming plus no high temps or stuttering or anything else , similar . Thanks.

Thanks , but i dont want to stay without GPU 2-3 weeks...

I had to send back all 3 of mine , the output ports failed. Sapphire is pretty fast in terms of RMA. If not try to ignore it , won't hurt performance.

RMA card for free - wait 2-3 weeks
Live with coil whine for the remaining life of the GPU
Try to sell card for little $ because it has a defect and spend $$$$ on a replacement.

...bite the bullet. 2-3 weeks isn't that long.
