Sorry for the multiple post over the last few days, but I am trying to see how to get the best out of my budget. I have read over the forums and have seen everyone claiming AMD is superior to Intel right now so I changed my build to reflect that. If you see any part or parts that could be better for a streaming/gaming set up I would love to hear. The games I primary play are CoD, Ark, Indie Horror, Apex and such. I know most of these games do not require an overkill build, but I like to be ready for the next step. My last build has lasted me almost 10 years now but its time for a new one. Below is the build I am considering:

AMD RYZEN 7 3800X 8-Core 3.9 GHz (4.5 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 105W 100-100000025BOX Desktop Processor

MSI MPG B550 GAMING CARBON WIFI AM4 AMD B550 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard

CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro (AMD Ryzen Ready) 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Intel XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory Model CMW32GX4M2Z3600C18

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 DirectX 12 GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX Video Card

Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 850W 80+ Gold SLI/Crossfire Ready Ultra Quiet 140mm Hydraulic Bearing Smart Zero Fan Full Modular Power Supply 10 Year Warranty - PS-TPD-0850FNFAGU-1

Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 64-layer 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS100T3X0C

MSI MAG CORELIQUID 360R AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, 360mm Radiator, Triple 120mm PWM Fans, RGB Lighting Controlled by Software

Thank you for your time and help with this! You guys are the best there is and I love all the input I have gotten from this community!

The 1070 is a great card, but are you in a hurry? I'd say wait for 3060-ti, because you'll pay almost the the same price for 80% more speed and you'll get way more longevity with Ray Tracing and DLSS. The hype of the new cards + the low stock is driving people to buy lower value cards from years ago that are still hitting initial MSRP. Makes sense, but I say wait. Based on speed and new releases, the 1070 should be like $250-300. (RX580s 8GB are reliably ~$200, and 1070 is 30-40% faster),

3700x might be a better choice as effective speed is almost equivalent (1% slower), power draw is much lower (65W v 105W), and is more available at retailers. Comparison below.
