Will I be able to watch downloaded 4k films smoothly and in good quality with the AMD silver 7120U and its integrated gpu, given the monitor is good enough in terms of quality and performance and the connection type supports a good enough speed?

A laptop. Lenovo V14 G4. Do you mean performance is going to be minimal for my purposes or for heavier stuff?
Other than films my only usage of the device will be casual browsing. Just wondering if it'll be good enough for that.
