Question Amd software or gpu restarts when ram at high usage

Whenever I play games that require a lot of ram my GPU or AMD software restarts. After restarting all the applications that were open freeze and the screen becomes bright. The problem is uncommon but when it does happen it's really annoying.
Any fixes?

I have an Rx 580

it restart and keep the application open?

My psu model is PSAZ-550W or PSAZ-650W (maker is AZZA)

my pc specs are:

i7-3770
sapphire pulse rx 580
P8Z68-V motherboard
corsair vengeance 12gb ddr3 ram (CML16GX3M2A1600C10)
1.5tb hdd and 120gb ssd

It restarts the gpu or amd software and the applications are still open but most are frozen.
