Certainly it will support , if and only if ur motherboard has a pcie x16 slot , and ur psu has enough wattage , 1-2 6 pin connectors for powering graphics card. But, beware as it may bottleneck ur card , i mean to say u may not use gf card's full power as the cpu may be slow or say it may not process data as fast as u expect to give it to gf card for further processing.
