I remember, one of the Mobile Ryzen Pro's randomly having quad-channel support, which was confusing.

If any of these come with Quad Channel, i'd jump ship right away if they're not OEM tied.

X3D on an APU is useless. X3D only makes sense when the GPU is bottlenecked by the CPU. Think 4080 and up and compare that with an integrated GPU.

we are not stuck , in desktops you can have more channels (HEDT DESKTOPS) , and in laptops it is not recommended for saving power and space ...
