amd update problem

Hey , i have amd radeon m335 it was working properly after i updated the video card from 17.2.2 to the latest update after 2 days the screen flickered as when we install/uninstall a driver then i tried to open amd settings it said "no amd driver is installed or the driver doesn't work properly so i opened the device manager and the display adapter panel it said the driver is working properly , i saw a solution which was to delete the driver and install the latest one but after 2 days the problem happened again and again with every latest driver so i installed an old driver and it worked proberly so i wonder why this problem happens with the every new driver ? Is there a proplem with my amd or windows ( win 10 professional ) ? And if there is a problem with the amd why i works only with the old drivers not the updates ?

The Radeon M335 is a notebook grade GPU, which leads me to ask, what is the make and model of your laptop/notebook? Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Speaking of drivers, which versions have you used to date?

Honestly, i didn't makw sure my motherboard bios is up to date and i don't know how to do it so how can i update it ?
My laptop is dell inspiron 5000 and when i updated my amd the versions were 17.4.2 , 17.4.3 and 17.4.4
