AMD VISION engine control center not supported by driver version of enabled graphics adapter.

Installed a nvidia geforce 750 ti recently in my hp pavillion p7-1154 and get this warning message every time. I've already downloaded everything that came on the disc. It says to update my AMD graphics driver or to enable the AMD adapter using the displays manager? I've never upgraded a graphics card so i just want to make sure its working correctly.

You need to uninstall your old AMD Drivers and simply download the latest GTX 750ti drivers from Nvidia.

AMD and Nvidia aren't the same thing

I figured but since i already installed the nvidia drivers do i have to reinstall them or just delete the amd drivers

You delete them both and then Reinstall only Nvidia's
