AMD vs Intel for video Rendering

What CPU, GPU, RAM and Hard Disk will get me a fast render time for Sony Movie Studio HD (the cheapest one) for 10 - 20 minutes HD videos with very limited editing? With a budget of below £400/$600 Thanks

The first one is a bit above budget but would be a fantastic rendering machine, the second would be great and you can add an OS if needed, this thing is not the best in this price range for gaming as it has a low powered GPU. It will game decently though.
