Amd vs intel...please Help

I'm Building a new cpu...a little tight on budget. Help me choose the Best Rig between the two i have decided. This Setup will be used for Gaming,HD movies,Internet....mainly gaming only

-cpu: intel i5 3470
-Ram: 8gb ddr3
-Mobo: Gigabyte H61 series
-Graphic Card: Ati 7770 1gb
Psu: corsair 450w
Hdd: 1Tb sata WD

or

#2
cpu: amd fx 6300
Ram: 8gb ddr3
Mobo: Gigabyte 78lmt usb 3
Graphic card: ati 6950 1gb
psu: corsair 550w
Hdd: 1tb sata WD

also i wont be changing my setup for around 3-4 years...which will be more future proof. I'm going to play games on 1680x1050

get the hd7850 instead of the previous gen. power hungry 6950. for t5he gpu i would go with the amd setup but if u plan to do crossfire in future then the intel setup would be way ahead of the amd one.
