[SOLVED] AMD VSR - Can set screen resolution to 2560 x1440, but not 1920 x1080 or 1600 x 900 ?

Anybody familiar with AMD Radeon VSR (Virtual Super Resolution)? According to this article https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/vsr I can only setup my 1366x768 monitor (AOC e950Swn) to 1600x900 and 1920x1080 but I'm getting "input not support" IMAGE / VIDEO on the display. I can only setup 2560x1440p but the text is so small. Is there an additional settings to tweak so I can only setup it at 1600x900 or 1920x1080?

the text is also too small on the video itself, on my 1440p screen its just big enough for ants to read

Yeah, I've just reinstalled the new driver 20.12.1 (released 4/12/2020), I thought it would fixed the issue by completely uninstalling everything and reinstalling the software but the problem still exist.
