Question AMD Wraith Spire Cooler fan

I just have a AMD Wraith Spire that I'm not using and I started thinking; could I remove the fan and use it as an exhaust? I'm at work right now so I don't have it in front of me, but lets say it is able to mount at the top rear panel, do you think that fan would have adequate air flow as the 120mm fan that I have there now. I also have 140mm fan exhausting out the rear of the top panel (Corsair ML 140mm), but I wanted to swap the 120mm for the Wraith Spire fan because... RGB and stuff. It would just look better. Definitely not crucial but if it is possible, and doesn't effect my performance, then I want to exhaust with that fan. Thanks for any input in advance.

Considering that you already have a serious fan as exhaust, Spire fan should be adequate. I take it you already have an aftermarket CPU cooler and not going to leave Spire fanless ?
