AMD X2 vs FX-55

Hi. I have a question. I want to buy a Processor and i am definitely sure that AMD is for me cause it's simply the best. But my question is..what is better for gaming? AMD X2 4800+ or AMD FX-55? Thanks

FX-55. X2 are for mult tasking, so unless you encode video whilst you play your games...

but i guess AMD X2 is cheaper..then i guess it would compensate to buy a X2 right?
