AMD x4 760k gpu upgrade suggestions

Hello!

I am planning to upgrade my gpu ( now i have gigabyte amd radeon r7 260x 1gb gddr5). I have x4 760k cpu. I was thinking whitch gpu to buy to increase my pc performance, but also to NOT bottleneck my cpu.

Few gpus i hd in my mind:

1) gtx 950 2 gb
2)gtx 750ti 2 gb

If NOT having any CPU bottleneck is mandatory, you may be able to go as high as a GTX 960 or possibly even a R9-380 max for minimal bottleneck.
But of your 2 choices, I'd definitely go with the GTX 950.
