AMD X4 860K + RX 460 for streaming?

Hey guys.

I'm building a budget PC strictly for Overwatch and I was wondering how well it can handle the games while streaming on twitch with 720p 30FPS settings on OBS.

SPECS:
+ AMD X4-860K overclocked to 4.3ghz
+ Gigabyte Windforce RX 460 4GB OC Edition
+ 8GB HyperX Fury DDR3-1600 RAM

Would I be able to maintain 100-120FPS? I play all low settings, if that helps.

No way you can reach that high FPS with that setup.Streaming is mostly affected by your upload speed and CPU and RAM. AMD X4 860K is not streaming CPU. If you budget allows you get GTX 1050 TI. With 1050 Ti you can use ShadowPlay to stream and it uses GPU for that.
