I am currently debating whether or not to go with an i9 10900k CPU or an Ryzen 9 5900x whenever it comes back on stock. However when I am looking for motherboards for both of these CPUs, I have not seen a single AMD mobo that has more than 4x system fan connecters. On the intel mobos that is not a hard to find. Reason why I want more fan connectors is cause my case has 7 fans in total that I would like to fully utilize.

Do most people do just fine using splitters and fan hubs to use more fans with only 4 fan connectors?
I have never done that kind of setup before so I know nothing about it honestly. Is it possible to use 7 case fans with only 4 system fan connectors?
The two motherboards for AMD that I really like are below.

https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X570 PG Velocita/#Specification
For intels side it would be this one

I would be grateful for any advice or help, it would certainly go a long way for me. Thanks!
