Question Have AMD CPUs improved ?

Did AMD improve already? Last time I built a PC was in 2010. I passed on AMD because of its reputation in the past. I have been an Intel guy. Ever since Apple dumped Intel, I'm willing to give AMD a try.

Improved would be an understatement. Since the advent of their Ryzen platforms, they've been making strides in terms of progress! AM5 is the way to go if you're in the market for a new platform.

yup not only has AMD improved massively with the Ryzen cpu's, but Intel has fallen on its face with it's last few generations of cpu's.

for the moment, AMD is the way to go if building a new pc. sure Intel fanboys will spout off a bunch of acronyms and cherry picked benchmarks to defend their beloved, but best bang for the buck at the moment is AMD. i'd not even look at intel until they get their act together.
