amd8320 with m5a97 plus

i wanna overclock to about 4.3 ghz i have h100i cooler and amd 8320 and asus m5a97 plus motherboard and i would like too know the safe OC specs

That motherboard is not safe for overclock. 4+1 power phases not good enough, will cause instability + throttling.

The m5a97 le is supposed to be terrible, it does not even have VRM heatsinks however the non le version should be good for a light overclock, overclock.net says it is anyways.

I have the M5A97 original model. The very first one. It is paired with the Fx8320 and cooled by a TX3evo. Now during winter when it gets to like 24 Degrees C, I overclock. I dont have manual settings. I just let the AI suite do the thing. It runs stable at around 4.1 if I remember correct. Ofcourse, the RAM mhz is reduced a little from 1600mhz. Im no expert overclocker, but what you want seems pretty reasonably achievable.
