I'm Nvidia user, I have GTX 750 Ti OC. I was checking my Device Manager earlier and I saw AMDA00 Interface, where did it come from? It also has examination mark. Is it okay to disable it?

Your CPU appears to be idling. In the Clocks (Core #0) section, it is only running at 800Mhz. Now look at what mine shows.

Mine has the multiplier at 38, which means the CPU is running at 3800MHz, or 3.8GHz.
Your multiplier is at 8, which means the CPU is running at 800MHz, or 0.8GHz.

On the Specification line, you can see that your CPU should run at 3.1GHz

We both have Haswell era CPU's. These two images are an apples to apples comparison. Only difference between the 2 are the default speeds they were intended to run at.

If I were you, I would go into my BIOS, and find the Reset to Default, use it, and then Save and Exit.

Then after the reboot, look at CPU-Z. You want to see it showing that the CPU is running between 3.1GHz and 3.4GHz.
