amda87600 + rx460 lowfps

Hi Need help getting low fps on my rig a8 7600 (stock) rx 460 powercolor 2gb (stock ) 8gb ddr3 single stick 1333 MHz value Kingston , per you tube ave should be like 30 -40 on ac syndicate mines just 20 on all low settings I got 35 average when it was newly bought but when I updated the drivers I cant seem to get the old performance back I tried uninstalling it and reverting to old one still same low 20ish fps, my current driver is crimson feb 2017 edition 17.2.1 , the one that came with the card was a dvd dated 10 2016,

update , ac unity is working 50-60fps average, on medium settings , finished ac syndicate just had to manage the eyesore and consistent drop in fps, curious why ac unity is doing better as far as fps and gaming experience, thanks for no help
