The only good thing about an RTX4060 is it's power draw. Apart from that it underwhelms majorly.

I so agree with the above. Every article here has this card (and the variants) as one of the 'best graphics cards', but for the life of me I don't know how anyone can come by this assessment.

For me the RTX 4060 epitomises the boring lack of inspiration and accompanying lousy pricing of this generation of GPUs. That an equally boring version of a previous generation card is competitive barely seems newsworthy.
