I would say "they still have some time, chill out."

But "some time" is two weeks. Two weeks between major releases seems kinda like poor planning.

They will probably have a beta ready for launch. And by the end of oct that driver should go WHQL

They already have "beta" drivers, since the 21.9.2 set works for Windows 11, even if there are problems.

Not sure if 13% faster is going to make any difference in a game like Diablo 2. If I take the performance of Diablo 3 as a benchmark, most GPUs are easily driving very high FPS. Even a Vega 11 iGPU was able to drive the game at fairly good FPS @ 1080p.

It's official. It just hasn't been formally released. And this close to release, Microsoft shouldn't be rolling out major changes to areas that affect driver developers anyway. So anything they put out would be fine for the final, formal release.
