Question American megatrends bios error

So long story short my computer was working fine the night before I wake up and it’s super laggy with no sound I went to restart to see if it would fix it but then it gave me the American megatrends error and it won’t let me into my bios no mater how much I spam f2 or delete
I don’t know how to upload a picture so you guys can see the error for yourself I’m only in my phone now so things are getting a little annoying and slow


My computer shuts off after 15 seconds of the error being up I looked up videos but they were able to enter the bios I’m not

I bought a new mobo battery thinking it was that and it’s not any help is appreciated

try unplug the hdd/sdd to go into bios?

Off the top of my head I don’t know exactly

the mobo is an Asus z87-plus lga

my cpu is an i5

1060 gpu
16 gigs of ram

tried unplugging hds but it still won’t load passed the megatrends error or let me into bios when I spam
