American Megatrends Cpu Fan Error

I have a cpu fan error and my cpu fan isn't spinning can somebody please help

Change the fan out, Dead fan if its not turning is the first place to start. Do not turn the PC on till its replaced.
You can remove your fan and test it in anouther PC first to make sure it is the fan.

Instead of plugging it into my cpu fan I plugged it into the cha socket and it still doesn't spin or detect. Does that mean it's gone completely

if the CPU fan socket is empty the cpu will give you the same error and not spin up anything.

If you have a aftermarket CPU cooler then put a case fan in its place.
But sounds like a dead fan.

There really isn't a spare fan that is 92mm so I'll just buy a new one thanks.
