I was on my computer when it randomly decided to shut down and update without asking me. It went through the normal process until it restarted and a screen came up with american megastrends logo. It reads:

CPU: intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Speed: 3400MHz

Total Memory: 16384 MB (DDR-1600)

Usb drive #0: Generic-sd/mmc 1.00

Usb drive #2 generic-SM/xD picture 1
Usb drive #3: Generic-MS/MS-Pro 1.03

Detected ATA/ATAPI Devices. . .
SATA6G_1: WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0
SATA3G_4: ATAPI BD E
DH12E38H

USB Device over current status detected !!
System will shut down after 15 seconds.

--------
It then shuts down with nothin further. I cant do anything even in the screen before it, it says to press del to enter bios but i cant. Ive tried with several different keyboards in different ports and it doesnt matter. Simply goes to that screen and turns off every time. Please help im not good with computers.

Solution
Gentlemen I have fixed the problem. Thank you very much. I had to open her up and by trial and error found that one of my usb ports is damaged so i removed all the cords and components now my computer is all well minus a port of course.

Hi, I just had this problem too.
But mine says no keyboard detected. I had this problem for some time so I was asked to change from USB port 3 to USB port 2.
It worked for sometime, but then it hanged again today , so my friend ask me to use the PS/2 port instead. (had to get a USB connector that fits one side and the USB on the other side.)

It's not that much a hassle.
Hope this method will help someone too!
