American Megatrends will not boot up

My PC which I've just got out of storage will only partly boot to the "american megatrends" logo with some numbers and the "Del to run blah blah blah"...

When i press del it tells me to change the boot order but will not allow me to change or load anything

(all hardware seems to be working fine) running on windows 7

How long in storage?

Try a new CMOS battery on the motherboard.
