AMI BIOS Post Code 07

I am getting a strange CPU-related Post code from my motherboard. It is code 07. In my manual, it says: "07- Fixes CPU POST interface calling pointer". I have no idea what that means. My computer is unresponsive, will not boot or anything- even though the power and fans are on. Does this code mean my CPU is shot?

How old is your machine? Could the CMOS battery need replacing? (Don't know what that error code means, but flat CMOS batteries can produce weird results!)
