Amp not making sound

I have a pioneer VSX-324, been working fine for around 7 months then today no sound was coming from the speakers attatched, i did some clear thing that another forum recommended by holding down the power button and adv surround buttons and then the sound stated working again so i re-attatched my tv and no more sound. Followed the same steps that made it work again and no sound.

Any ideas?

If it's 7 months old it's still under warranty. Contact Pioneer for help. They can suggest where to send it for warranty service.
