Question Amp or AMP+Dac combo for Beyerdynamic dt 990 pro

So I need suggestions for Beyerdynamic dt 990 pro 250ohm. Do I need AMP or Dac+AMP combo? My budget is 100-150. And what are good AMP or dac+AMP combos for my budge? My mobo is Msi gaming edge pro x570.

Schiit HEL. $189 is a little bit more than you wanted to spend, but well worth it. I use it with DT990 Pro 600ohm and it's a very good match.

The Hel is designed in mind for headsets with a mic input, if it's only for a headphone there is no need to spend the extra on it unless there is also going to be a mic going into it.

OP never said he didn't want or need a mic. I figured if he did now or in the future he's covered. Just add a mod mic or desktop mic and all set.
