Hey all you beautiful people!
I am waiting to grab my ampere 3090 when it drops in a couple weeks to complete my build i bought the parts for and have not built due to waiting for this thing.
I went with the Gigabyte aorus Master z390 board with the intel i9 9900kf cpu and plan to get the ampere 3090 gfx card. M y question is, will my board be fine for the GPU upgrade as it is PCIe 3.0 and not 4.0 which the new ampere series is made on. I know they say it will work with both but would i face any bottlenecking or problems with it? I will be direct dye cooling the chip myself. I have not decided if i am going to use the h150i AIO i bought or the noctua nh-d15 i bought. Any thoughts!!! thanks guys!
