An alarm goes off every time I turn the computer on also I can't type anything

An alarm keeps going off when I turn my lap top on also I can't type anything. I have an emachine with Windows 10,

Hi,

Just to verify the alarm that you're hearing, does it sound like a continues beep? Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, unplug the power cord from the back of your PC then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds, plug it back in then see if it will boot up normally.
- If you will still hear that alarm when you turn on the PC next step would be to reseat the RAM's.
- Open the PC then remove all the RAM's off for a second make sure there's also no dust inside then put them back in making sure all the RAM's are seated properly.
- Next to try is to unplug all other device in your PC and see if it will boot up normally.
