An Error (403 Forbidden) On Front Page

I am implementing a new Web Content Filter at work and now when I go to https://www.tomshardware.com, I get "An error (403 Forbidden) has occurred in response to this request." error. I even tried putting the URL in the whitelist, yet still get 403. The only way around was for me to disable the filter.
The only blocks I am seeing are from GoogleAdServices, DoubleClick & GoogleSyndication? Does the site REQUIRE those??

Which browser are you using ? Maybe use a different web browser ? Clear the cache, and cookies, and then try again. This link might help:
