Today, I tried to download a program called Blender to my PC. When I try and save it to my PC, (I am trying to save it to my Operating System Hard-drive, (Local disk : C)... but when I try, first the PC opens another hard-drive to save it in... (image attached).
when I then try and save it in the Local Disk : C, I get this warning...
when I then try and allow permission to me, I get this far in this youtube video...

What is happening, as yesterday I downloaded the gaming program called Steam and the PC automatically open the Local Disk : C drive to save it in. Today, I've only copied over a few files from the (D) drive to the (C) drive.
