An error occurred while troubleshooting

Hey guys,
I've suddenly started having this problem randomly. Everytime I use any troubleshooter, I get this error. The error code is 0x80131700. I've tried a few of things already and they didn't work. What I've tried:
* Reinstalling NET Framework
* Disable NET Framework 3.5.1 and enable it again
* Run sfc /scannow
* Run Startup Repair
* Run Safe Mode (still same errors)
* Clean Boot
I didn't find anymore solutions online. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

What are you troubleshooting? Start at the beginning of your issue, what are you trying to fix?
