I play a game on pc called ffxiv. Im downloading a benchmark application to see how the new expansion will run on my pc.
I download it from the official site, its a zip file, I extract it to my desktop from winrar, but when I try to run it, the launcher window pops up (more like a loading screen) then immediately disappears.
Im on windows 7 64 bit. I tried running as admin and restarting pc. Other exe files work fine. I tried running straight from winrar too, didnt work. I also tried unblocking it, setting it to different compataibilities from properties, neither worked.
The weird thing is the previosu expansion had a benchmark as well, 2 years ago. I definitely ran it and it worked fine. I still have it on my pc so I tried to run it, and it doesnt work anymore for some reason. Ive made no hardware changes since then.
Any suggestions?
