Sorry if under the wrong forum area

So my internet here is 2000 ping and 1mb/s download 0.5mb/s upload, and a mile away at a friends house he gets 50mb/s download and 35mb/s upload. carrying my desktop over is very tiresome and it takes atleast an hour to unpack all the things but with a laptop I bring it over plug it in put my mousepad down and whip out the naga then i'm good to go

I game and upload so this stuff is kind of important and now I have decided to get an extremely powerful laptop, problem is I never had a laptop. So yeah I don't know any good laptop that could edit videos and max ATLEAST Arma 3 / Witcher 3 for 30/60 fps. I could care less about the laptops slimness or how heavy it is as long as I can transport the thing in a backpack, and my backpack is quite big. games I play frequently would be :

Witcher 3, desktop can ultra this at 30 fps ( I run a 680 and an intel I3 with 8gb ram )

Arma 3 (High settings 30-60 fps depending on view distance)

League of Legends

I hope the laptop can run Bannerlord / Sui Genesis which are my top priority

OR I need a case to carry my Desktop PC I have right now in

would love help, I was looking at the Asus ROG series, quite expensive so i'm leaning towards a nice carry case for my desktop that can have my monitor in it ( 17 inch insignia ) the tower and is water proof / drop / shock proof if it's a roller

please do help

That is no internet at all, what are you using for an ISP and did you check with them about the connection speeds?

If you don't want to spend about $1,200 for a laptop, you can easily get a portable case, you will pay a ton for a good case as it would have to be custom made, but you can always buy a big block of foam, a suitcase, some foam cutter equipment and build your own.

I have been looking for laptops for video editing and some gaming(witcher 3 fan too), so i found that there is not really good one bellow 1400e in my country, you probably want laptop to be 1920x1080, with i7 6700HQ+nvidia gtx 960m or higher+8gb ram and SSD+HDD, also make sure that is has decent cooling system, but i don't think that it is good to buy laptop for gaming unless you can get Alienware/Razor/MSI which are made specially for that purpose. I wanted to get one alienware, it would be cheaper than laptops in my country but problem is shipping.
