Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Disconnect from the AC adapter, remove the battery, then the sticks of ram and then press and hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds. Replace one stick(if you're using a dual channel set of ram) and reconnect only the AC adapter. See if you can power up the laptop without the battery.

If that's successful, power down, reconnect the laptop battery and power up with only the battery connected.

Have you checked to see if the laptop has any BIOS updates pending?

Yes i do this "Disconnect from the AC adapter, remove the battery, then the sticks of ram and then press and hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds." two or three times and the first time the computer turned on (with and without the battery), then it probably turned on either the second time. There were also situations that the automatic repair was triggered and after that, after giving a restart, the laptop turned on. Today, however, a few times it did not behave like in the video from 1 post. And then there was a critical process died screen or an automatic repair .

While using the computer, there were also times when artifacts appeared on the screen

I changed the Disk to another and the settings in Bios to those shown in the attached pictures and so far it always turns on. And for some time there are no graphic errors, I guess
