OK so I am using an older cyber power tower, but This ram was worked from the beginning. At this point, My issue has become that I have 32 gb (2x16) but suddenly after a windows update and a reboot, I have 16 gb ,
ram was tested in the 2 slots on the board both work but in the tower separately they show 8 gb not 16gb
below is a pic that best shows the issue even windows knows that there are 32 gb committed but it is not using it.
Any help would be great.
