Question An operating system wasn’t found screen appears on startup. Keyboard and mouse not working as well.

A black screen appears on start up saying “An operating system wasn’t found” I’ve seen fixes but they require the use of the keyboard. I’ve tired using two keyboards both get no respond is there a work around?

This is often the sign of a failed storage device. You could try accessing the BIOS (OS not needed for that) to make sure the proper default boot device has been selected.

How can I access the BIOS? Is a keyboard needed for that?

Yes, you use a keyboard (usually pressing a key like F2 or DEL). However this happens before the OS is a factor. Power on and immediately press the F2 button.
