Have an Abit An7. It gets to the First Abit Screen, but keyboard and mouse
are unresponsive.

Have error code of A.0. or 0.A.

Anybody help?

Start by doing a barebones setup
One stick of ram ( try the 3 individual slots, reseat the ram as well, the
AN7 slots are fussy)
Video card.
See if it boots
If still not booting
Pull the board and psu out of the case and install on an anti static mat,
rubber will work.
Install the ram and Video once again
See if it boots.
It should.
Hook up your drives, floppys etc.
Install windows
Buy some rubber washers ( local home supply store)
Install them on the post' you attach the motherboard to, as well as the top
side of the motherboard.
I went through this process , as I was convinced the board was dead, saved
me one trip back to the pc shop, and now the board is running fine
